Construction of the pedestrian overpass along Masterson Avenue in Uptown Cagayan de Oro—near the DSWD Regional Office—has now moved to the opposite side of the road. The first column on the DSWD side appears to be completed, and work is set to begin on the other side, which has already been enclosed for construction activities. Originally planned near Stonestown Suites, the project was relocated due to right-of-way (ROW) issues. With a budget of ₱24.132 million, it is being implemented by Lanao Builder and Enterprises and Red Construction Technik and targeted to be completed in January 2026.

Meanwhile, the second overpass near Corpus Christi Pueblo remains delayed due to ROW issues.
