Motorists and residents can now pass through the temporary pathway built by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) at the collapsed section of the Bukidnon-Davao Road (BuDa Road) in Sitio Kipolot, Barangay Palacapao, Quezon, Bukidnon. The fast-tracking of the temporary steps and trail aims to ensure uninterrupted travel and livelihood for affected residents while assessments and pre-construction activities continue. Meanwhile, DPWH engineers are currently conducting surveys and measurements, with heavy equipment already positioned on-site as preparations move forward to construct the new detour road section that will replace the collapsed portion.

Here are screengrabs. As shown, commuters, including bus passengers, are using the concrete steps, while motorcycle riders can now pass through the trail section of the temporary pathway.

Meanwhile, AC Joyo Design and Technical Servies appears to have won the contract for Project 25CSK001 (Consultancy Services for Geological and Geotechnical Investigation for the collapsed section of BuDa Road) based on the latest procurement process by DPWH-10.
