Michael Learns to Rock, the iconic Danish soft rock and pop band, filled the Atrium of Limketkai Mall in Cagayan de Oro City with nostalgia as they performed their timeless hits before a packed and enthusiastic crowd. Fans were treated to a night of classic favorites that defined the band’s decades-long musical journey such as “Sleeping Child”, “25 Minutes”, “The Actor”, “Paint My Love”, “That’s Why”, “Breaking My Heart”, “Someday” and a lot more. Composed of original members—lead vocalist Jascha Richter, lead guitarist Mikkel Lentz, and drummer Kåre Wanscher—the group was joined onstage by bassist Troels Skjærbæk, completing a performance that delighted longtime listeners and new fans alike.
