Cagayan de Oro City 2nd District Congressman Rufus Rodriguez led the official turnover of the newly completed Open Theater, Car Park, and River Viewing Deck with rentable spaces for tenants behind the new Amphitheater at Plaza Divisoria. Part of Project Lunhaw, this ₱50-million development transforms the area into a perfect venue for events and community gatherings. Project Lunhaw aims to enhance the city’s climate resilience by transforming Plaza Divisoria into a walkable, bike-friendly, and green urban space for the enjoyment of Kagay-anons and visiting tourists.
Present during the turnover were Project Lunhaw Head Patrick Gabutina, local barangay officials, and DPWH 2nd District Engineering Office (DEO) officials.
