Development of the 14-hectare Valley View Township in Sta. Ana, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental, continues to progress, with interior works now underway for the first four-cluster 14-storey residential tower. Being developed by Jalosjos-owned RGJ Realty Corp., the township will feature over 30 similar towers under the government’s Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program. Meanwhile, Kiddie Korner Tagoloan, located at the township’s entrance, is set to open soon, offering a vibrant and playful space designed for children to enjoy colorful slides, climbing structures, and imaginative décor that creates a lively, fantasy-like atmosphere. The Kiddie Korner – a vibrant and playful space designed for children to enjoy various fun activities is expected to become a major tourist attraction soon. It features colorful slides, climbing structures, and imaginative décor that creates an enchanting, fantasy-like atmosphere. Bright lights and whimsical designs, such as candy-striped columns and playful stars, add to the festive ambiance. The area is equipped with kid-friendly rides, like a small patrol bike, and soft green turf to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for children to explore and play.

Kiddie Korner is just the initial development of the rumored theme park which will replicate the famed Glorious Fantasyland in Dapitan City, which is also owned by Romeo G Jalosjos.
