The City Government of Cagayan de Oro is set to construct its first-ever high-rise, condominium-type housing project — the Higalaay Towers — in Taguanao, Barangay Indahag, following the ceremonial launch of its model unit held today, October 13, 2025, at the City Hall Mini-Park. To be developed by A Brown Co., Inc., the project will feature six 12-storey buildings, each with 310 residential units, for a total of 1,860 units designed to provide affordable housing for working Kagay-anon families.
