The final alignment of the CDO New Western Diversion Road near LTO Bulua has been confirmed. As shown during the pre-bidding conference (Package 16) conducted by DPWH-10 a few months ago, the road design appears to bypass the LTO compound and the nearby De Oro Sagatech Resort, resulting in a slightly meandering section.

This means the existing access road to LTO-10 will be expanded into a four-lane roadway as part of the CDO New Western Diversion Road. The scope of works, listed under Project ID No. 25K00326, includes the construction of three road segments as shown below and payment for right-of-way.
