PHINMA-Cagayan de Oro College (PHINMA-COC) will construct a new 8-storey school building on the vacant lot between its main campus and the PLDT-Philcom building along Max Suniel Street in Carmen. The project, revealed during a recent onsite public hearing, will feature classrooms, and more learning facilities to accommodate the school’s growing student population.
