Cebu-based Greentech Land Development Corporation broke ground today, September 13, 2025, its second project in Cagayan de Oro City. The development, VILLA DEL SOL, is a 4-unit, two-storey residential project located along Manuel Vega Street in Consolacion. The milestone event was attended by Greentech Land executives, partner banks, and brokers.
