Construction of the 21-hectare Xavier University Masterson Campus in Uptown Cagayan de Oro City is steadily progressing, with the installation of its drainage system still ongoing and set for completion in the first quarter of 2026. Ongoing works include sand bedding for culverts (62% complete), curb inlet manholes (61%), pipe laying (43%), and backfilling and compaction (54%). The next phases will cover the construction and concreting of road networks, followed by the building of school facilities.
