Cagayan de Oro 2nd District Rep. Rufus Rodriguez recently led the turnover of the ₱95-million Flood Control Project in Barangay Bugo, featuring the construction of a revetment along the Alae River. Implemented by DPWH Region X, the project aims to protect residents and properties from flooding brought about by heavy rains and rising river waters.
