Cagayan de Oro’s own artist Emmanuel Mulawan had a sweet surprise for rising star Charlie Fleming during her recent homecoming at the Higalaay Vibe Fest event held at SM CDO Downtown. Mulawan gifted her a beautiful portrait, much to her delight and the crowd. Known for his colorful murals that brighten up many restaurants and cafés around the city, Mulawan once again showed his talent through this artwork.
