Thousands of Kagay-anons and visitors packed Rio de Oro Boulevard as well as nearby JR Borja Bridge in Cagayan de Oro City tonight, August 24, 2025, for the 3rd Higalaay Pyromusical Competition. After a night of breathtaking fireworks and music, Tower Fireworks from Cotabato City (Entry #3) was declared Champion. Starmines Fireworks from Pandi, Bulacan (Entry #5) secured 2nd Place, while Spectra Illuminator from Bacolod City (Entry #4) landed 3rd. Congratulations!
