Dayen’s Lechon from Tubod, Surigao del Norte emerged as the Champion of the 1st Mindanao Lechon Roasting Competition held at Rio de Oro Boulevard, Cagayan de Oro City. Taking home the First Runner-up title was Mias and Nenen Lechon from Cagayan de Oro, while La Mia’s Lechon from Kidapawan City bagged Second Runner-up. The event was one of the highlights of this year’s Higalaay Festival. Congratulations!
