Aboitiz InfraCapital Economic Estates (AIC Estates) is planning to expand in Mindanao by developing an industry-specific estate around its assets near Laguindingan Airport, which it operates under a ₱12.75-billion concession agreement. According to AIC Estates VP and head of commercial strategy Monica Lorenzana Trajano, the project aims to maximize the airport’s potential as both a gateway to Northern Mindanao and a hub for business and economic growth.

AIC Economic Estates currently has properties in Luzon with two more in Cebu.
LIMA Estate in Lipa City and Malvar, Batangas – a sprawling 940-hectare industrial-anchored mixed use development, seamlessly integrates industrial, residential, and commercial areas, setting a new standard for master-planned developments in Batangas.

TARI Estate in Tarlac City, Tarlac – 384-hectare industrial-anchored township complemented by a commercial and residential component

MEZ2 Estate in Mactan Economic Zone Processing 2, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu – a 63-hectare, mixed use development containing 46 locators, 70 retail stores, services, and restaurants, 18 office spaces, and a transport hub. 53 hectares is allocated for industrial use with the rest serving as a commercial area including The Outlets, the iMez Office building, and more.

West Cebu Estate in Balamban, Cebu – a 540-hectare, mixed-use industrial estate with complementary commercial, institutional, and residential sectors. The main industrial estate is spread across 283 hectares. Other places of note within include Foressa Mountain Town, the University of San Jose Recoletos, and its up and coming Central Business District.
