A new multi-storey commercial building is taking shape at the former site of Loreto’s Grill and Restaurant along Tomas Saco Street in Cagayan de Oro. Prefabricated steel structures are being used, allowing for faster construction progress. While no project perspective has been displayed yet, the development is clearly part of the area’s ongoing transformation into a bustling commercial hub.
