A young man who went viral on social media after live-streaming himself allegedly using illegal drugs in Barangay Canitoan, Cagayan de Oro City, was recently arrested by the Cagayan de Oro City Police Office (COCPO) during an anti-illegal drug buy-bust operation in Zone 1, Barangay Canitoan.
