The perspective for the proposed six-storey hotel and convention center at the Asenso Misamis Occidental Resort and Aquamarine Park (AMORAP) in Libertad Bajo, Sinacaban has been revealed. During the recent pre-bid conference conducted by DPWH-10 on August 8, it was gathered that hotel construction is underway alongside two related projects—the completion of the Welcome Center and the start of a new coastal multi-purpose hall. All are covered under Project Contract 25K00436, with an approved budget of ₱99 million.

Below is the initial perspective revealed.

Based on the floor plans, the ground floor will feature a convention hall and several offices, the second floor will have function rooms, the third floor will include another function hall along with hotel rooms, while the 4th to 6th floors will be dedicated entirely to hotel accommodations. The P99 million budget also includes the completion of the Welcome Center and construction of another multi-purpose hall leading to the coastal villas. Here’s the floor plan of the Welcome Center.
