The colors of the two-storey Dunkin’ Drive-Thru Cepalco along Masterson Avenue — right beside McDonald’s in Uptown Cagayan de Oro — are now starting to emerge. Onsite, the foundation for the pylon signage is underway, along with pavement concreting for the parking area. The big question is: will it be ready in just a couple of weeks in time for the city fiesta, or is a September opening more realistic?
