Mareion Coast Residences has just launched yesterday, August 9, its Sales Pavilion located at the project site in Igpit, Opol, Misamis Oriental. The Sales Pavilion offers prospective buyers an exclusive first look at the upcoming 15-storey twin-tower beachfront residential development with detailed scale models, unit layouts, and interior design inspirations, giving potential homeowners a clearer vision of the project’s modern coastal theme features. It will also serve as a hub for brokers, real estate agents, reservation processing, and updated information on pricing, payment schemes, and availability.
During the launch, it was revealed that the beachfront condominium project will rise on a 5,388-square-meter lot, featuring 568 residential units and 118 parking slots. The development will consist of three podium floors and twelve residential floors. Watch below.
