RANDOM SHOTS: Cong. Lordan Suan leads turnover ceremony of new COA-10 Regional Office Building

Congressman Atty. Lordan Suan, together with Commission on Audit (COA) Regional Director Mathew Rey Magno, and representatives of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH-10), led the official turnover ceremony of the newly completed four-storey COA Multi-Purpose Building in Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City. Now one of the largest regional COA offices in Mindanao, the facility was designed with eco-friendly and energy-efficient features, reflecting the DPWH’s commitment to sustainable public infrastructure.

With a total floor area of 5,566 square meters, the building supports the operational, administrative, and wellness needs of COA Region X, with designated areas for parking, auditing offices, executive quarters, and a multipurpose hall and gym.

Completed on April 7, 2025, at a contract amount of ₱189.6 million, the project was carried out in three phases: foundation, structural works, and full completion. The establishment of this permanent facility marks a major milestone in enhancing public service delivery, accountability, and operational efficiency through centralized coordination and improved working conditions.
