A thief was caught on CCTV breaking into a beauty salon along Hayes Street in Cagayan de Oro City in the early hours of July 28, 2025. The footage, now circulating online, shows the suspect wearing an orange cap, blue long sleeves, black shorts, and a pink/red sling bag. He is seen loitering inside the salon and attempting to cover the security camera before stealing cash and the shop’s business phone. Video uploader Lily Raypon Gold is offering a ₱10,000 reward for information leading to the suspect’s identity. All tips will be treated with strict confidentiality.
