An estimated ₱1.3 million worth of suspected shabu was seized by operatives of the Villanueva Municipal Police Station, led by PMAJ Princess Bergado, during a buy-bust operation in Purok 5, Barangay San Martin, Villanueva, Misamis Oriental. The suspect, identified as “Marjun”, was previously arrested in 2022 and released from jail in March 2025. However, he reportedly returned to selling illegal drugs. The suspect, also known by the alias “Jun,” is a resident of Dike, Poblacion, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental.
