Construction continues for Metro Central Mall, the first-ever mall in Oroquieta City located in Upper Langcangan. As shown, installation of floor slabs for the 2nd level is already underway. When completed, the 2-storey mall will feature two major anchor stores – a department store and a supermarket, several popular fastfood chains, and several other shops of various merchandize. It has a total gross floor area of 15,720 sqm and a gross leasable area of 12,371 sqm.
