Construction of the 8.97-kilometer Gusa-Puerto section of the Cagayan de Oro Coastal Road Extension Project is ongoing, with earth materials now being delivered to the site at Puerto coastal area. As of June 2025, the project is only 2.865% complete, but the resumption of earthworks is seen as a positive development. Aerials by TRip ni ToniO.
