Two police officers from Cagayan de Oro City Police Office Station 1 have gone viral for assisting a young student found crying by the roadside along Don Apolinar Velez Street. Photos shared on Facebook showed PMSg Dubal and PCpl Bongcaras comforting the boy, who had been waiting for his father and hadn’t eaten breakfast. The officers gave him food and water and stayed with him until he felt safe.
