Construction of the two-storey Dunkin’ Drive-Thru Cepalco along Masterson Avenue, right beside McDonald’s in Uptown Cagayan de Oro, is progressing steadily. Building works are ongoing, and its architectural structure will likely become more visible in the coming weeks.
