Excitement filled the air as Cagayan de Oro’s Jamie Barnes, Margaux Espina, and Ken Guillermo, together with Claren Quiño of Manolo Fortich—who prevented a sweep by hometown players—emerged victorious in their respective age-group divisions at the ongoing 2025 ICTSI Junior PGT Championship at Pueblo de Oro Golf and Country Club in Cagayan de Oro City.
The 9-year old golf phenom Barnes won the boys’ 7-10 title while Quiño won the girls’ 7-10 title.
In the 11-14 age group, two more CDO bets took top honors with Guillermo and Espina winning the boys and girls crowns
