The PHIVIDEC Industrial Authority inaugurated its Makati Business Liaison Office on June 26, 2025. Located on the 3rd and 4th floors of the DAO I Building along Salcedo Street in Makati City, the new office will serve as a marketing and coordination hub in Metro Manila. It aims to promote and market the PHIVIDEC Industrial Estate – Misamis Oriental Special Economic Zone (PIEMO-SEZ) to potential investors and locators, particularly its 31-hectare Eco-Tourism Zone and 20-hectare IT Business Park, while facilitating smoother communication, business transactions, and partnerships with companies, government agencies, and stakeholders in Manila and nearby areas.
