Access to the famed Communal Ranch in Capitan Bayong, Impasug-ong, Bukidnon is set to significantly improve following the recent groundbreaking ceremony for the Road Concreting Project leading to this popular eco-tourism destination. Bukidnon 1st District Congressman Atty. John Flores, together with Impasug-ong Mayor-elect Mai Okinlay, led the milestone event. Once completed, the improved road will allow all types of vehicles to access the ranch year-round, enhancing both tourism and local mobility.
The total distance from the Old Sayre Highway to the project’s endpoint is estimated to span approximately 2 kilometers.
The road concreting project is covered by two contracts – 25KA0058 and 25KA0100, with improved access from the Old Sayre Highway to the ranch.
