Aside from the arrival of heavy equipment and initial pile driving tests, visible progress at the SM City Iligan project remains limited. The development sits on a 5-hectare property at the corner of Andres Bonifacio Avenue and Isabel Ramiro Street in Barangay Sto. Rosario, Iligan City. Recent rains have caused vegetation to grow back on the site. Full-scale construction is expected to begin once site clearing and vegetation removal are observed.
