Cagayan de Oro City officials, led by Mayor Rolando “Klarex” Uy, along with members of the 20th City Council and department managers from City Hall, attended the ceremonial turnover of Project Lunhaw Phase 3 (JR Borja Park and Kiosko Kagawasan Redevelopment) and Phase 4 (Rizal Park Redevelopment) early this morning, June 11. The project seeks to enhance and preserve green spaces within Plaza Divisoria, creating more welcoming areas for rest, leisure, and community activities for Kagay-anons.
