Cebu-based Greentech Land Development Corporation broke ground today, May 28, 2025, its first project in Cagayan de Oro City. The development, VILLA AURORA, is a 6-unit, two-storey residential project located along Palmera Drive in Macasandig. The milestone event was attended by Greentech Land executives, partner banks, and brokers. Established in 2008 in Cebu, the company now boasts over 100 projects in Visayas and Mindanao, specializing in ergonomic urban pocket neighborhoods.
