After months of inactivity, construction has resumed on the new Cagayan de Oro City Library along Don Apolinar Velez Street. A few workers have been spotted doing welding work on the third floor, and a crane is back on site—signs that the project is moving again. There’s no official update yet on whether the building’s design has changed. Once finished, the library will also include classrooms for City Central School and the Girl Scouts of the Philippines office.

Here’s the perspective of the building.

Keep posted.
