The Cagayan de Oro Memorial Park – District 1 Project is a step closer to reality. This after the City Council passed a resolution authorizing City Mayor Rolando A. Uy, representing the City Government, to apply for Gratuitous Special Land Use Permit with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR-10), covering a 28,796 sqm area located in Barangay Baikingon intended for the project.
