The official logo for The Upper Central, a 117-hectare township development by Megaworld, has been unveiled. Located in the upper section of Barangays Gusa and Indahag in Cagayan de Oro City, this marks Megaworld’s 35th township and will be developed through its subsidiary, Global-Estate Resorts, Inc. (GERI). The Upper Central is set to feature residential villages, a walkable commercial and shophouse district, mixed-use developments, and its own town center—offering panoramic views of Macajalar Bay and the Malasag Mountain Range.
Megaworld will be pouring an initial P5 billion for the development.
