A Brown Co., Inc. has officially topped off Coral Bay Suites, Northern Mindanao’s first bayfront condominium located in Pagahan, Initao, Misamis Oriental. The 1.9-hectare luxury development boasts breathtaking views of Iligan Bay and marks a new milestone in upscale coastal living in the region. Following the topping-off ceremony, the showroom and office were also blessed, giving guests a first look at a fully furnished model unit.
