A 3.8-kilometer segment of the Primary Collector Road connecting Barangay Lubilan in Naawan to Barangay Sungay in Alubijid is set for concreting under Package 8 of the ongoing road development project leading to the Misamis Oriental West Diversion Road (MOWDIR). This two-lane road with shoulder is funded with an allocation of ₱241.25 million and is targeted for completion in 375 calendar days.
