A total of 51,953 visitors—both domestic and foreign—visited the Divine Mercy Shrine in El Salvador City over the period of April 17–18, 2025. According to data recorded and validated by the El Salvador City Tourism Office through the DOT’s Visitor Arrival Record (VAR) System, 24,585 arrivals were logged on Maundy Thursday, and 27,368 on Good Friday, between 7:00 AM and 12:00 midnight each day. These figures highlight the shrine’s continued significance as a major pilgrimage destination during the Lenten season.
