The Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) has opened its new Passenger Terminal Building at the Port of Balingoan in Misamis Oriental, offering greater comfort and convenience to travelers bound for Camiguin during the Lenten season. The new facility is significantly larger and more modern. Meanwhile, travelers bringing vehicles are now being directed to the new Gate 2.
