IDC Prime, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC), has officially entered into a joint venture agreement with AV Pamatong Trading & Construction Inc. (AVP) for the completion of Primavera City Phase 3 – Città Grande, located in Uptown Cagayan de Oro. Città Grande is envisioned as a mixed-use mid-rise development that will feature a blend of residential units, office, and commercial spaces, offering a sustainable and integrated urban lifestyle in one of the city’s fastest-growing districts.
