Bored pile works are now in progress for the 8-storey Northern Mindanao Medical Center Trauma and Multi-Specialty Center in Cagayan de Oro City. Development has been delayed as demolition work was only completed last year. According to the development plan, Phase 1 which covers the basement up to the 3rd floor was originally scheduled for completion last year.
Here’s an aerial photo of the construction site. It is the biggest single building in the development plan.
