Sales reservations for One Manresa Place, the three-tower high-rise condominium project in Manresa Town by Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI), have reached ₱4 billion after the second day of the Conversion event at Mallberry Suites. According to an inventory map shared by CLI sales officer Kathy Macapayag, Tower 3 (18 floors) is nearly sold out, Tower 1 (18 floors) has few units left mostly on the lower floors, and Tower 2 (25 floors) is about halfway sold.
