Over 300 librarians, library staff, and local officials are attending the 2025 National Conference of Public Libraries (NCPL) from March 17-20 at Chali Resort and Conference Center in Cugman, Cagayan de Oro City. With the theme “Public Libraries in Action: A Blueprint for an Empowered Community,” the event highlights the vital role of libraries in education and community growth.

The conference also features an exhibit showcasing key insights on Philippine public libraries, along with a special display of facsimiles of Dr. Jose Rizal’s Noli Me Tangere and El Filibusterismo. Browse more photos below.
