Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan in Cagayan de Oro ranked 30th, followed by Central Mindanao University in Maramag, Bukidnon (36th), University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines in Cagayan de Oro (50th), Liceo de Cagayan University in Cagayan de Oro (62nd), and Bukidnon State University in Malaybalay City (75th).
