BLOOM Art Exhibition, a collective of women artists in the Philippines, is set to open at Carmen Art District in Cagayan de Oro on Saturday, March 8, at 4:00 PM, coinciding with International Working Women’s Day. The event will feature performances by Indie CDO and marks a historic milestone—the first time in BLOOM’s 21-year history that the exhibit will be held in the Visayas and Mindanao.
Titled “WOMENSCAPES: A Feminist Reframing,” the exhibition aims to provide a fresh perspective on women’s experiences through art.

BLOOM exhibitions are mounted with the transformative power of art in nation-building and women empowerment always in mind. Past BLOOM exhibitions’ dedication to promoting women’s voices through art keeps the group inspired to continue in more years to come.

Carmen Art District is located #20 Andres Fernandez corner V. Neri Streets in Barangay Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City.
