Five malls in Cagayan de Oro will be among forty-two malls nationwide serving as polling precincts for the 2025 midterm elections in May. According to the Commission on Elections (COMELEC), these malls are SM City CDO Uptown in the city’s 1st District, and SM City CDO Downtown, Robinsons Cagayan de Oro, Ayala Malls Centrio and Limketkai Center in the 2nd District. This initiative aims to enhance voter convenience and accessibility by introducing mall-based polling precincts.
