Xavier University BS Biology students Mary Rose Josephine S. Bosi and Mikaela Mae C. Cabanlas, along with their adviser Dr. Judy P. Sendaydiego, have been awarded the 2024 DOST-PCHRD Undergraduate Thesis Grant in Natural Products. The Php75,000 grant will support their thesis, “Antibacterial Potentials and Cytotoxicity Activity of Macroalgae Mastophora rosea“. This grant funds undergraduate thesis focused on natural products derived from plants and microorganisms. Congratulations!
