Mary Fria A. Masong, an alumna of Xavier University with 13 years of experience as an online copywriter, ghostwriter, and content writer, has launched her debut fiction novel, “Iridescent Embers in Mundo Gris.” Known as Frai among friends, the author took five years to complete the book. Written in English, the novel is set in a Philippine dystopian society in a parallel world where a couple navigates the emotional complexities of marriage, love, and truth. The novel is available on Amazon, Shopee, and in print. Printed copies are also being sold at the ongoing Art Tents 2025 at Centrio Ayala Malls Activity Center, running until February 23.
Frai is also an artist and holds an Author/Writer Certificate from the National Book Development Board.
