The Municipality of Villanueva, Misamis Oriental, will soon have its own Integrated Bus Terminal. To be located at the Municipal Government Center Complex near Northeastern Misamis General Hospital in Barangay Looc, the proposed two-storey facility will feature an administration office, passenger waiting area, public restrooms, and rentable spaces. It will serve as the main pick-up and drop-off point for public transport in the town proper. The approved budget cost is P24.75 million with the project set to be completed in eight months.

The facade design of the facility is still being finalized. However, below are initial floor plans of the two floors.
The Municipal Government Center Complex is just near the National Highway.
The pre-bid conference for the project was conducted last February 14.
